Emory Business Park

Emory Business Park Phase II is a 22+ acre retail/office location designed for
businesses that need some retail exposure. Buildings in this area range from
4,000 sq. ft.  The location is adjacent to high traffic US 69 and the intersection
of FM 515 (the main road connecting Emory to Lake Fork).  The park is half
subscribed with four buildings in process and current planning for an
additional three.  Some US Hwy 69 frontage retail space is still available. 
All infrastructure is in place for immediate use.

 

Emory Vantage Park

Emory Industrial Park is a 30+ acre plot on Texas highway 19 South at the Emory City Limits. 
This new park is designed with heavier industrial use in mind.  Lots are expected to be
3 - 10 acres with direct access to Texas Hwy 19.  Utilities are either already on site or are
easily available to support retail or industrial use.  Interest in this new plot has exceeded
expectations.  This industrial park is located halfway (about 20 miles) from the interstates
20 & 30.  North / South traffic uses TX 19 or US 69 making this site a great distribution
spot.
