Emory Business Park
 Emory Business Park Phase II is a 22+ acre
retail/office location designed for
businesses that need some retail exposure.
Buildings in this area range from
4,000 sq. ft. The location is adjacent
to high traffic US 69 and the intersection
of FM 515 (the main road connecting
Emory to Lake Fork). The park is half
