Signage & Façade Improvement Grant

The Signage & Façade Improvement Grant incentive is used to promote new or expanded business development. This grant is to encourage façade appeal and may be used for building improvements, including but not limited to facade upgrade, signage, electrical, window, door, and landscape improvements and other expenses related to the overall exterior appearance of the business.

The Signage & Façade Improvement Grant must be approved by the EDC Board of Directors. All amounts over $10,000 must then go before the City Council for final approval. This incentive is given on a reimbursement basis only.
